今日のニュース: 早大投資サークルOBら相場操縦で利益か　

早稲田大学の投資サークルのOBらが、インターネットの株取り引きで不正に株価をつり上げるなどして、3億円を超える利益を上げていた疑いがあることが、関係者への取材で分かりました。

関係者によりますと、早稲田大学の投資サークルに所属していたOB2人は去年、インターネットの株取り引きで、うその買い注文を大量に出す「見せ玉」と呼ばれる手口で、複数の会社の株価を不正につり上げたとして、金融商品取引法違反の相場操縦の疑いがもたれています。

相場操縦とは、有価証券の取引が頻繁に行われているといった誤解をさせるなどの目的で行う行為であり、金融商品取引法上、刑事処罰の対象となります。

金融商品取引法が禁じている相場操縦には、権利の移転を目的としないにも関わらず、ある銘柄の売り注文と買い注文を同時に出す「仮想売買」や、他人と通謀して銘柄の売買を行う「馴合売買」、架空の注文を出して売買が成立しそうになると取り消す「見せ玉（みせだま)」などがあります。
