はい家電アドバイザーの用語を説明していきます。

今回説明する用語は商標登録というものです。

これは という文字見たことありますかね、商標登録というのは登録したら10年間独占的に使用することができるんですけども、これ文字だけではなくこの絵とかもね、 商標登録の対象なんですよ。

例えばマクドナルドの m という文字に下の方にて文字がついています。

このマクドナルドのこの m という文字も 商標登録されたものなんですね。

この10年間なんですけどもまた申請をしていけば半永久的に使うことができるようになります。

先に登録されてしまうとダメなんですが 登録したもの勝ちです。ただ一般的に普通に使われている物っていうのは商標登録ができませんのでね 。

当たり前のような普段の用語全部登録されてしまったら皆さん使えなくなってしまいますので、そのあたりはまあ区別があるにしろ。

自分たちが こうその他の他の人に使えないようにするためにはこの商標登録というのが必要なんです。

まあコンビニなんかもそうですよね。コンビニのマークも文字も 商標登録されています。

まあそのようなもの10年間っていうのと繰り返し 更新していけば半永久的に使えるようになりますよというところがこのポイントですね。

あとまあ文字だけではないですよというところです。
